Designed by Stanton Williams and delivered by BAM Construct UK, the Directors of Stylus Architects worked for BAM Design to help deliver this project and the Eastern Transit Shed elements of the Eastern Goods Yard. The experience of working on this prized heritage asset and the design response of integrating old with new has greatly influenced the design ethos of Stylus Architects. The Granary Office Extension optimises the juxtaposition of the old traditional Victorian facade with a contemporary metal and glass extension. Although the two forms and styles extensively differ, they also come together and complement each other harmoniously.
