MK COMMUNITY HALL
Stylus Architects are proud to announce that planning approval has been given to a mixed-use building in Milton Keynes. The client commissioned Stylus Architects to design a multi-purpose hall which includes office spaces.
The most important aspect of this project was to ensure that upon arrival through the entrance hall, the building held a sense of purpose. From the entrance hall, the space-flow links to various elements and spaces. The bridge over-links the offices above, the café and library are accessible to all and backing this area is the community hall which can be entered from the ground floor.
The design has sustainability at its heart and aligns with the Milton Keynes planning legislation. The building will utilise renewable technology such as ground source heat pumps, rainwater harvesting and solar power.
