We’ve been working hard on this master plan for a project in Leicester. This development aims to deal with the current housing crisis within Leicester by using shipping containers to create a modular area of housing, industry and leisure.
Our proposal looks at working with the existing landscape and how we can retain as many trees as possible. We have zoned areas of residential, leisure, industry and green space to surround the trees, which create natural boundaries throughout the site.
This project really excites the designers here at Stylus, and we look forward to working with the developers throughout further stages of the process.
